The Poughkeepsie Pilots Association is a group of aviation-minded people invested in the operation, welfare, and social aspects of Dutchess County Airport!  You DON'T have to be a pilot to join- you just have to have a genuine interest in aviation, and unlicensed "Hangar Pilots" are welcome!  We meet regularly to learn more about aviation safety, advocate for our aviation passion, and tell tall tales about aviation! The Ninety-Nines is the international organization of women pilots that promotes advancement of aviation through education, scholarships, and mutual support while honoring our unique history and sharing our passion for flight. This is a group created to bring together compassionate pilots, aviation enthusiasts and volunteers who use their unique skills as a pilot to be a part of the PALS mission of helping people access treatment by providing free flights. In an effort to provide a place for all of the PALS team to communicate and meet each other outside of a PALS mission we created this group and look forward to working on some fun events to connect everyone or as we like to call it by "PALSing".
